Got up this morning at 6AM to 2 inches of snow. By 7 AM there was 3 inches or so. By lunch time there was 6 inches of new snow at we heard the town open the trails back up. Also heard Moose River plains was opened back up. By 4PM there was 8 inches or so of snow and right now it has pretty much stopped snowing and I would say we got 9 inches of snow up here. We did not ride today. Talked to one of the groomer operators and he said trails are open but they are going to wait to groom so the snow gets packed down some by the sled traffic then they will groom. They are afraid being everything is so soft the machine may do more damage. Hofefully they can get out tomorrow. We are going to hit the trails tomorrow and see how things are. I will report tomorrow how it is. Sled traffic is very light today/tonight which is a good thing I think.
