It looks different now because I added Hygear Slicast A-arm kit for better stability in front suspension.

I have 126 Woody's Grand Master studs all in middle of track with both single and double aluminum backers.  I am using my Fly Racing riser again with stock Ski-doo handlebars.  I also added Ski-Doo LED auxiliary light which works very well. In this pic you can see the Flared tall windshield I installed. I also have the Ski-Doo S-module brace under the sled similar to Grip N Rip one. The other sled in background is my daughyter's 2008 IQ Shift 600.  She has polished the tunnel to a mirror finish, LOL.

I have the same sled but I modified the color of it a little bit. I saw in one of your post that you do not like the yellow tunnel because it is hard to keep clean. I find it is much easier to keep clean then the black tunnel was on my 2011 X-RS 800 and my wife's 2012 MxZ-X 600 that we just sold.

WOW.  I like the look of your sled.  What is your secret to keeping the tunnel clean?

I use Brite sled (name may be wrong) and it seems to work ok..  The brake dust is what really makes the yellow tunnel look bad.

I really like the Slicast A arms.  They made a big improvement on the front suspension.  I also added the LED light last year and I am glad I did.  It has saved me a few times with its brighter output especially at night when going into turns too fast, LOL.

For this season I added stiffer torsion springs and Pilot R skis.

You ride mostly Tug Hill or OF?

I just wipe the tunnel down with a soft cloth after each ride/weekend after the snow melts on it and it is still wet. I did the same thing with our black tunnel sleds because they looked like crap all the time. I am not a fan of the black tunnels but we just got a new all black X-RS 800 Renegade so I have to deal with it still. And the tunnel is longer being a 137" [frown] . I don't get a ton of brake dust because I am not on the brakes all the time. [smile] Brakes are over rated. [smile] I had my dealer swap the 5.7 Pilot skis to the Pilot R's right from brand new at no charge. I love the R's compared to the regular pilots. Only thing they are darty at slow speeds but who rides slow? [smile] I ride mostly O. F. but plan on getting over to the hill more this year.

OK cool.  Thanks for tips.  Yes I rode a '12 XRS800 with pilot R skis and loved how they turned.  Much better than regular Pilot skis.

I use brakes lots on tight twisty trails primarily because I love rushing into the turns and then using brakes to load front and get those awful Pilot skis to bite.  With the Pilot R skis I will be able to "turn in" better so hopefully I will need less use of brakes, LOL.  I rarely ride OF but I do love to ride from Brantingham to Stillwater, especially the tight twisty part thru the woods.

The new all-black XRS sleds look awesome and I am sure you will like yours.  I am going to trade my sled in after this season as I am hoping Ski-Doo will be releasing a 128" XRS.
